If your Steam Mouse Sensitivity is cranked all the way up and your flick stick still isn't doing 180s, try increasing your in-game sensitivity. Could you share what your settings were? I have the exact same problem and I want to make sure it's not my config.ĮDIT: So I found out another possible fix. Either Game Frame Rate doesn't work as intended, or more likely, I misunderstood what it does. I assumed that meant my sensitivity was fine and something was wrong with Steam. I ruled this out at first because I did adjust the Game Frame Rate slider to compensate, but it didn't do anything no matter what value I used.
